Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
During peak periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, weddings & event season), processing times may be slightly extended. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping Rates & Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the order date.
Local Collection (If Applicable)
If local collection is available, this option will be shown at checkout. Collection details and times will be confirmed via email once your order is ready.
Wedding & Event Orders
Orders placed for weddings, events, or custom items may have bespoke dispatch timelines, which will be agreed with you in advance at the time of booking or consultation.
These orders are not subject to standard shipping times.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is provided, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted delivery partners, Koffee & Kream is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
