When we attend a wedding, our service is designed to appear effortless.

We arrive early, carefully set up, style our cart, test our equipment and perfect the finishing touches so that, when your booking time arrives, everything is ready. The gelato is perfectly presented, the coffee is flowing and our team is ready to welcome your guests.

If everything goes to plan, the entire experience feels seamless.

What you don’t see is the preparation that makes it possible.

Days, weeks — and often months — can go into creating one of our bespoke wedding experiences.

For Noor and Michele’s beautiful Tatton Park wedding in Cheshire, the planning began months before we arrived at the venue.

Creating a truly bespoke wedding service

Noor and Michele booked Koffee & Kream well in advance to secure their wedding date, giving us plenty of time to delve into the details of how we could make their service feel completely personal to them.

From the beginning, this wasn’t simply about bringing a gelato cart and coffee service to Tatton Park. We wanted the experience to feel like part of their wedding.

We designed a personalised logo featuring their initials and used it across bespoke hot coffee cups and iced coffee cups created especially for the occasion.

We also spent time discussing flavours, presentation and the small details that would bring everything together.

The bride particularly wanted to incorporate authentic Italian coffee and Italian-style gelato, while the gelato selection itself was chosen as a nod to the groom’s Italian heritage.

Their final menu featured six carefully selected flavours, including vanilla with fresh strawberries, salted caramel, Belgian chocolate and Alfonso mango, alongside other Italian-inspired favourites.

For an extra touch, we included a selection of indulgent waffle cones, from chocolate and salted caramel-dipped cones to beautifully sprinkled waffle cones.

The coffee was equally considered. For this wedding, we selected Café Roma by Legacy Coffee, creating a rich Italian-style coffee experience alongside the gelato service.

Our Alfonso mango flavour has also recently received a Great Taste Award, and it proved to be an especially popular choice with guests on the day.

A discreet setup at Tatton Park

When we arrived at Tatton Park, the wedding ceremony was already underway.

That meant discretion was essential.

While the couple and their guests enjoyed the ceremony, we quietly began setting up and styling the cart ready for service.

Every Koffee & Kream setup is designed to complement the wedding around it rather than feel like a standalone catering station. For Noor and Michele, we created a fresh floral display using deep red roses, chosen specifically to complement the bride’s dress and wedding florals.

By the time guests were ready for refreshments, everything was in place.

No disruption. No frantic setup.

Just a beautifully styled cart waiting for them.

And then the guests arrived…

Once service began, guests flooded towards the cart.

For the full two-hour service, we prepared authentic coffee, scooped gelato and served personalised treats, with many guests returning for seconds — and even coming back again later.

For us, that is one of the biggest compliments we can receive.

A beautiful setup matters, but ultimately we want guests to genuinely enjoy the experience.

Seeing people return to the cart throughout the afternoon, deciding which flavour to try next or coming back for another coffee, was exactly what we hoped the service would bring to the celebration.

Set amongst hundreds of acres of carefully maintained parkland and gardens, Tatton Park in Cheshire is a spectacular setting for a wedding.

Our cart was fortunate enough to call those beautiful surroundings home for the day.

And although guests only see the finished experience, behind that little moment of wedding-day luxury are months of conversations, planning, sourcing, designing, personalising and preparation.

That is what our bespoke service is about.

It isn’t simply arriving with a cart and serving gelato.

It is understanding the couple, their venue, their aesthetic and the experience they want their guests to have — and then taking care of the details required to bring it all together.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cheshire and being part of Noor and Michele’s beautiful celebration at Tatton Park.
